CentralNic收购了一家注册商IPMC

CentralNic 表示，将以 760 万美元收购总部位于加州的企业域名注册商知识产权管理公司。
该公司表示，全现金交易约为 IPMC (疑似 ipmcinc.com) 2021 年营收的 2.8 倍，约为 EBITDA 的 7 倍。
CentralNic 已经涉足企业域名管理领域 —— 它在几年前与 Key-Systems 合并时收购了 BrandShelter。
